Q: How to clean the marble board?
A: Hand wash with soapy warm water and let it air dry.
Q: Can we use the dishwasher to clean the marble board?
A: Hand wash is recommended.
Q: Can the marble board be used in the oven?
A: We do not suggest using it in the oven.
Q: What is the term of the payment?
A: 30% T/T when placing the order, and the balance T/T against the B/L copy and shipping documents. We also accept B/L at sight.
Q: What is your sample policy?
A: We usually offer the samples for free, but the air freight will be on customer’s expense. Welcome to discuss with us more if there is any products you are interested in.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: Samples: About 10~14 days upon request
Mass Production: About 45~60 days after the order is confirmed and we confirm receipt the 30% deposit.
