Product Description
Wheat starch
Wheat starch obtained from wheat, looks like a loose white or yellowish powder, consisting of fractions of small (from 2 to 10 microns) and large grains (from 20 to 35 microns). They have a flat elliptical or round shape with a peephole in the center. The ancestor of all starches is starch produced from wheat grain
- wheat starch.
Wheat starch is a complex carbohydrate formed in plants and deposited by them as a reserve nutrient.

BioOperations LLP
BioOperations plant is the only facility in Kazakhstan engaged in deep processing of wheat.
BioOperations launched production at the end of 2018 after reconstruction and modernization of equipment.
It is equipped with the German manufacturer Flottweg, which makes it possible to produce products with the best quality indicators.
The plant is located in the grain region of the country, the availability of raw materials is a main advantage.
The plant has a closed production cycle, and can control product quality at all stages - from incoming of the wheat raw materials (grown in own fields), to the stage of packaging and storage of the finished product in its own warehouse, equipped with controlling humidity and air temperature equipment.
