How long is the production lead-time?


Our standard lead time is 30 to 45 days after order is confirmed and down payment received.  For OEM items, it takes around 40 ~ 60 days.


 



What is your payment terms?


50% deposit when order confirmed, 50% balanced before shipping.  T/T, D/A, L/C, and Pay pal are all acceptable.


 



What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?


Different products have different MOQ requirement.  For brass material, it requires 100pcs.  For zinc alloy and stainless steel item, it requires 300pcs.
