Ques. What is your MOQ? Usually our MOQ is 250 pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
Ques. Can I get samples? Yes, We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs and shipping cost.We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL .It takes about 2-4 days to reach.
Ques. How long is the sample lead time? For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to you designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.
Ques. How long is the production lead time? It takes 25 days for MOQ. and 5 days for availabel mix assorted designs We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
Ques. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design? We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, PDF,CDR, etc. We will make 3D drawing for printing screen for your final
confirmation based on technique.
You can also send us high resolution images, your Logo and text, we will help to carry out your ideas and send you finished files for confirmation.
Ques. How many colors are available? We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need . We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
Ques. How& When can I get the price? Email us your inquiry or communicate online, state your specifications (product, material, size, quantity etc.). We usually quote within 6 hours. Please call us or inform in your email when it is urgent, we will regard your inquiry priority.
