Packing & Delivery
To better ensure the safety of your goods, professional, environmentally friendly, convenient and efficient packaging services will be provided, we use carton boxes corresponding to the size of each product.

Q1. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are the manufacturer of pet products, besides, we are cooperating with 1500 artisans in Vietnam craft villages as well.
Q2. What is your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack the goods in standard carton boxes. If you have your own requirements, we can pack with your branded boxes.
Q3. What is your terms of payment?
T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We'll send you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q4. How about your lead time?
In a normal condition, it will take 20 to 30 days after receiving your down payment.
Q5. Is it possible to take samples?
Yes, we can provide you samples customized as your requirement.
Q6. Can you show our logo on the products and adjust the size of theirs?
Yes, we focus on doing OEM. We can design new styles follow your request.
