Arabica has a sour taste mixed with mild bitterness, light brown color, clear amber. Arabica conquers the most gourmet people in the world. Arabica coffee is the main raw material of coffee companies, the most famous coffee brands in the world.






Vietnam is currently a country with the largest export coffee production in the world with more than 500,000 hectares and an annual output of 900,000–1,200,000 tons. But so far, the whole country has only about 35,000 hectares of Arabica coffee, mainly concentrated in Lam Dong, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Tri, Nghe An, Hoa Binh, Son La, Dien Bien... n Vietnam, the districts and suburbs of Da Lat city are considered as Arabica coffee paradise with the "golden index", 1,500 m high, cool temperate climate all year round, the maximum temperature of the year does not exceed over 33 degrees, the minimum temperature is 5 degrees. This is the highest quality Arabica coffee production area in the country. The higher the terrain, the colder the climate, the more excellent quality Arabica coffee beans are produced.



Arabica has the highest value in Vietnam and has a flavor quality comparable to the best coffee in the world, Arabica Bourbon (Moka) grown in Cau Dat, Xuan Truong commune, Da Lat city. In addition, districts such as Don Duong, Lam Ha, Di Linh, Duc Trong... can also grow Arabica trees. Arabica Bourbon, Typica are long-standing, very delicious varieties grown here... In the North, the climate is cold due to the influence of the northeast monsoon, heavy rainfall, no clear dry season, creating favorable conditions. High growth potential for Arabica coffee to develop, Yen Binh district of Yen Bai province, Arabica has a great taste.





To the west of Hoang Lien Son, Son La and Dien Bien coffee regions can be viewed as having a similar position to Sao Paulo region of Brazil, with the only difference being two coffee regions located in the northern and southern hemispheres. Especially, the quality of Chieng Ban, Sinh Ban and Son La coffee is second only to Dalat coffee. International customers, who prefer Arabica, have highly appreciated Caturra, Catuai and Cartimor coffee in the Northwest. The Central region has Arabica from Khe Sinh, Huong Hoa, Quang Tri, quite unique and interesting.
