Product Description
Balsamic vinegar of Modena i.g.p.: 6% acidity. Balsamico vinegar di Modena i.g.p. combines Piedmont tradition in the selection of the wines and in the ageing with the Modena specialty of balsamic vinegar. It is created in the heart of the Modena balsamic vinegar district: here the wine vinegar aged in the timber vats in the Varvello cellars is skilfully mixed with the grape must (seven) produced exclusively in our country. The ageing in the barrique creates a classic Aceto Balsamico di Modena i.g.p. of the traditional Varvello quality, with a dark brown color and reddish reflections and a balanced and pleasant bitter-sweet flavor, which makes it excellent with red meat (raw as well) and roasts, on parmesan cheese, drizzled over ice-cream and on forest fruits.
