Before making the order one should know that the minimum MIX order should be of US$ 1000
(2). Are the Free Trade Samples available ?
Yes, we provide the free trade samples to our existing clients but the prospect customer needs to pay for the sample and the shipping cost OR if the client has the transport carrier account number, he or she can provide us the account number of DHL, Fedex, TNT, UPS etc and we send the samples on carrier account number.
(3). How can I order the products or make a comprehensive order ?
We have a dedicated website with all the products listed on it, kindly go through our website according to the respective product categories, select the products code numbers and send us the list. After receiving the list of products and the quantities, we will send you the pro-forma invoice.
(4). How can I pay for the order ?
After receiving the pro-forma invoice, you can send us the advance payments and the remaining 50% is payable before dispatch.
(5). What is the mode of payments ?
You can pay through Bank transfer ( Telegraphic Transfer ) or through Western Union Money transfer.
(6). How the shipping of the goods is done ?
As per the customer preference and the volume of the order, we ship the goods through Courier mode like DHL, Fedex, TNT, UPS in case of smaller shipments and Air Cargo or the Sea-Cargo in case of bigger shipments. For the bigger orders the Sea-Cargo mode is the cheapest option available.
