ROGERREEDS PRODUCT LINE
The complete line consists in 6 different reeds categories according to 6 different hardness values and we decided to gave a specific color and name to each of them.
We gave an Italian name just to reflects the Italian origin and also give “character“ to a classification normally indicated only by degrees of hardness. So we call them: Studio, Rapida, Volume, Grinta, Tenace, Maestro.
The below table shows the hardness value of each reed category, their names and colors.

La M.i.p Srl is an Italian company from Brescia and its core business is the design and construction of molds/tooling for the molding of thermoplastic materials both by injection and blow molding. Its activity involves of course all the matters concerning this field including series molding. More than 30 years of experience in this scope has allowed us to acquire the necessary skills to deal with any problem regarding the development of items in plastic material.During 2019, we achieved ISO 9001: 2015 certification for the following activities: Design of molds and articles for plastic materials, production of molds, injection and blow molding of plastic materials

ROGERREEDS PROJECT
Rogerreeds is a line of synthetic reeds for saxophones and clarinets all MADE IN ITALY.
The idea was born from two Italian friends who had been exploring the possibility of improving the technical aspect of music and found – thanks to their specific skills – the opportunity to sound out the world of saxophones and their players.

the classical form of the natural reed but with a personal touch for the final sound.
Furthermore we can say our reeds are a semi-artisan product: if fact after production, two skilled and expert artisans, who are
saxophone players as well, finish each reed one by one in a special handmade process:
1-Reeds are selected one by one after production to reject not good ones
2-Reed tips are worked just to perfectly match them with the mouthpiece
3-Reed tables are worked to be perfectly level, smooth and finished
4-Reeds are cleaned and disinfected before packed.
5- A silver quality label is applied on the pack just to guarantee our final quality.
