1Kg Sac a poche Ricotta Cream with chocolate drops
Single use Sac a poche 90 micron food certified with frozen Ricotta cheese cream from the best Sicilian cheese factories. The Ricotta type could be mixed sheep and cow or only sheep and processed with icing sugar and 50% dark chocolate drops. Frozen product, cold chain -18° guaranteed. Shelf life is 18 months and it is recommended to defrost it 3 hours in the refrigerator. After defrosting the shelf life is 7 days. Ricotta is a semifinished product and it can be used to garnish cannoli shells, cakes and other desserts. The products does not have preservative substances.
