STORY OF SUCCESS
The story of "a good harvest, a bad harvest" is so familiar to the Vietnamese people in country side. Witnessing her hometown's agricultural products struggling for many years, teacher Bach Kim Ngan was always worried that she needed to do something for her homeland. The idea of making vinegar from lychee started then.
As a chemistry teacher, with her chemistry knowledge, teacher Ngan has researched and tried all the recipes to make vinegar. For more than a year, day and night, manually peeled, crushed, and mixed to find the right recipe. Despite having undergone hundreds of failed trials, she was not discouraged. Our vinegar has the process of fermentation, and pasteurization in production to make the taste of vinegar the longer the better. Made from 100% lychee and honey, our fruit vinegar is not only used with familiar uses such as dipping sauce, and salad dressing, but also as a nutritious drink.
In 2015, Our fruit vinegar product was officially launched to the market, not only lychee vinegar, then extended to chili garlic sauces, jujube, docynia, apricot,... vinegar Since then, through many years of determination and starting a business, teacher Ngan has become the Director of a factory, which has been producing thousands liters of vinegar supplied to the market . Each year she helps her hometown farmers consume an average of 50-60 tons of lychee used to produce vinegar.
