In this version we have combined the Ligurian and the Emilian traditions: the outcome is a truly unique lasagna, tasty and light, which only has to be warmed up and served. All our lasagna specialties are prepared by hand in our laboratory.
Ingredients: pesto sauce 10.8% (semifinished product with basil 38% (basil 70%, sunflower oil, salt, antioxidants: e300), shaved aged cheese, ricotta (buttermilk, heavy cream, acidity regulator: citric acid), basil 4.7%, extra virgin olive oil, dehydrated skimmed milk, vegetable fibre, pine nuts 0.4%, garlic (sulphites), acidifier: e270 lactic acid),bechamel (milk, water, manitoba flour, butter, sunflower oil, salt, spice),mozzarella (pasteurized cow's milk, salt, ferments, rennetwater, salt, e331, e330, e202),lasagna pastry (durum- wheat semolina,fresh eggs, manitoba flour, water, cream of rice, egg dry yolk),boiled potatoes (potatoes 99.2%,salt),vaccine seasoned cheese,fresh cheese from milk whey (buttermilk, milk, salt, cidric acid),pine nuts.
