Green coffee berries, after being ground dry, will yield green coffee beans and coffee husks. These coffee beans are collectively known as bucket coffee because they have not been graded, so they have different beans and sizes. Depending on the needs of the customer, green coffee beans will be classified into beans of different sizes. High quality green coffee varieties include sieve 16, sieve 18, sieve 19 and sieve 20. However, the two most common types of beans for making roasted coffee beans are sieve 16 and sieve 18. Smaller sieves with sizes 14, 15 with lower quality will be used as mixing materials to reduce the cost of sieves. Coffee with sieve size 13 is commonly used to produce instant coffee."
