Application and Processing Material for Resin Bond Diamond Wheel
* Surface grinding: Suitable for tungsten carbide, die steel (SKD11, SKD61), High Speed Steel, fined ceramics (aluminum oxide,silicon carbide), quartz.
* Grinding for CNC machine: For carbide or HSS Cutting tools, especially for any kinds of endmills, drills, saw blade….etc.
* Centerless grinding: Suitable for tungsten carbide, fined ceramics (aluminum oxide, silicon carbide), quartz, High Speed Steel.
The biggest diameter we can produce is 610mm, which can be combines with different grit sizes in one centerless wheel.
* Cutting Process: Mainly for the cutting of carbide and High Speed Steel, the thickest wheel we can make is 0.6mm.

Following wheels are our standard type of Resinoid Diamond Grinding Wheel & CBN Wheels
We can offer special sizes of resin bond diamond wheels depending on your request.

1. How long is the production time?
10~14 days for stock products, 30~35 days for customized products.

2. How long is the sampling time?
3 days for stock products, customized products are depending on the specification but usually 10~12 days for customized products sampling.

3. Are OEM/ODM possible ? Can you do customized packaging?
Yes, OEM & ODM are welcome. We have a design team to help out with making logo & package designs.

4. Shipping Method?
