Product Description


Green hydrogen
Green hydrogen – also referred to as “clean hydrogen” – is produced by using clean energy from surplus renewable energy sources, such as solar or wind power, to split water into two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom through a process called electrolysis.

Renewables cannot always generate energy at all hours of the day and green hydrogen production could help use the excess generated during peak cycles.

It currently makes up about 0.1% of overall hydrogen production, but this is expected to rise as the cost of renewable energy continues to fall.

Many sectors also now see green hydrogen as the best way of harmonizing the intermittency of renewables – storing excess energy at times of low demand to be fed back into the grid when demand rises – while decarbonizing the chemical, industrial and transportation sectors.






Black, brown and grey hydrogen
Grey hydrogen is the most common form and is generated from natural gas, or methane, through a process called “steam reforming”.

This process generates just a smaller amount of emissions than black or brown hydrogen, which uses black (bituminous) or brown (lignite) coal in the hydrogen-making process.

Black or brown hydrogen is the most environmentally damaging as both the CO2 and carbon monoxide generated during the process are not recaptured.

automation, simple operation and good environment. Through years of research, test and operation of pressure swing adsorption, a complete set of hydrogen purification technologies in various hydrogen-rich gas sources has been developed to provide customers with upgrading and upgrading services.

Sometimes ,the use of membrane technology for hydrogen concentrating enables to obtain up to 90-99.9% hydrogen-rich gas stream before PSA units.
Membrane hydrogen concentration units are frequently applicable where deployment of equipment based on other
technologies is impracticable or inefficient from technical and economic standpoint.

Service


After service and Warranty:
Warranty: PERIOD of warranty is 18 months after shipment or 12 months after commissioning, whichever occurs first. It is responsible for CANGAS to analysis, answer breakdowns for users all through the working life of CANGAS oxygen generator. Engineer can be sent on-site for free after-service service if necessary. Please refer to Warranty terms for more information.

Installation & Commissioning & Training: CANGAS service engineer is available to instruct the installation and start up of this plant (6 days at job site with service fee or remotely).If job site service is needed the buyer should prepare flights, accommodation, food and local transportation for CANGAS service engineer.
