The production of wine is a “continuous evolution”. The solar system, the passing time, the alternation of seasons and the rhythms of nature, are closely related elements: the new line Villa Amoris was born from the consideration of all those elements; in fact, time is the basic element that defines the features of wines. Each wine evolves thanks to time, together with other factors such as the exposition of vineyards to sun, the micro climate and the nature of the soil. "Iolite" is a high quality ruby red wine with an intense flavor and hints of ripe red fruits with light spicy notes excellent wine to accompany meat first courses and aged cheeses.

Here, in this ancient region - where the hero Aeneas would have arrived after fleeing the Trojan War - a very fertile land rich in Mediterranean scents, in 1998 the CANTINE DI GIOIA were born in the sweetest and flatter part of the Land of Bari. Already in the 1950s, his maternal grandfather Giovanni produced the primitivo wine obtained from the vineyards cultivated on his own land. The company also produces an excellent EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, obtained with the traditional cold method so as not to alter the unmistakable flavors of the land of Puglia. The oil, obtained mainly from OLEAROLA BARESE, PASOLA and LECCINO quality olives, is appreciated both for its lively fruity fragrance and for its dense and opaque appearance; these characteristics derive from the presence in suspension of precious antioxidants, which preserve the product from alterations in a natural way and for a longer time.
