    It is very difficult to assure the tolerance requirement in small gears because its size is too small to use a probe-type measurementsystem or standard optical measurement system.

    We have developed our original quality analysis system to prove our quality. The micro X-ray CT measurement and high-end optical measurement system are employed.

    The measurement data will be analysed using our original analysis software to compare with the 3D-drawing data. This software indicates required data such as the pitch error and tooth line for gear quality assurance.

    Moreover, we will accept the numerical simulation with other gears or systems movement which our product will be assembled.




    It is free from design restriction of the machining tool. Our μ-MIM® technology realises any tooth design for serial production.

    Our production does not require any machining tool in the production process, therefore constant high-quality micro gear production is possible.

    Please contact us, if you have any problem with serial production of small special gear, which is impossible to realise by machining.

    Additionally, we possess state-of-the-art quality assurance systems, which we are proud of.

Taisei Kogyo Co., Ltd. was established in January 1972 as a plastic injection moulding manufacturer.
