Product Description
MUST BITTER
Sugar shortage at the end of the XIX/beginning of the XX Century forced local apertif factory to use Moscato as an ingredient of their products. Must Bitter Bianco is made with Moscato of the hills of Piedmont combined with medicinal botanicals of old naturals remedies. The sweetness of the product is due exclusively to the Moscato of the territory.
The Must Bitter is, moreover, both a tribute to the piemontese, winemaking tradition and a challenge to the traditions of the other aperitifs.
It is therefore the first liqueur produced with 70% of Moscato d’Asti DOCG wine.

La Canellese is a historic family-owned and operated winery, part of the “old wineries” of Canelli, where culture and passion come together to create value, quality and oenological prestige.
For more than 80 years, La Canellese has produced Vermouth, Liquors, Aromatized wines and artisanal liqueurs of excellent quality.
If we, the fourth generation, are here today, it is thanks to Francesco Sconfienza, our great-grandfather. In 1903, he opened his barrel-making factory near Asti, in Canelli, in the Piedmont region of northwest Italy, and seventy years ago the company leveraged its knowledge in the sector to begin making high quality artisanal vermouth, liquors and aromatized wines under the La Canellese label.
Strict selection of the best ingredients and medicinal herbs, along with the expert application of traditional techniques, are combined with passion and dedication to concoct the secret recipes that make up the La Canellese brand.
