Product description:
Waterproof and insolation coating for metal roof is a kind of special water proof
coating for metal structure,produced by imported acrylate,silane elasticity of copoly
merization emulsion,adding auxiliaries,UV reflective materials.This water
proof system has better properties like UV reflection,fatigue resistance,
antiaging,,resistance to low temperature.This product can lower indoor
temperature to meet the needs of waterproofing and energy-saving.
Product Characters:
1UV reflectivity,Roof base surface temperature reduce,anti-aging,low temperature resistance,and long shelf life.
2Water-based emulsion, non-toxic and harmless,environmental friendly product.
3 With better film elongation,this product can adapt to base shrinkage and crack deformation.
4Cold construction,color additives can be added;Easy to construct and maintain.
5Good metal adhesion,will not afford a drum and fall.
Use methods:
1Stir the paint evenly with brush or roller.The base should be dry and clean.
2The product will film within 8 hours under the temperature 25 degree Celsius.The lower temperature,the longer time to film.
3After the first time brushing curing,apply a vertical scratch.
4 For the reinforcement of cracks at the junction, polyester non-woven fabrics or high-density glass cloth are needed.
Usage amount:For 1mm thickness,1.0-1.3kg/SM
Notice:
1After the coating film totally dry,begin the next procedure.Constructions are forbidden in rainy and foggy weather.
2Water is not allowed to be added into this coating.
3This product is stored and transported under the temperature from 5-40 Celsius.
Shelf life one year.
Scope of Application:
This product is specially used for the metal roofs of factories,workshops,etc.
It has a good water proof and insolation effects to the complex roofs and metal hardwares.
