1. Q:Are U a factory ?Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Yes,we are a factory ! Our factory is located in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China,

about 20 minutes away from Baiyun Airport .All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

2. Q:How to get the price list?

A:Yes. We accept OEM&ODM.Please discuss with us before order confirmed, and inform us the design

formally before production. 

5. Q:What's the shiping method,shipping time?
A:Our products could be shipped by Sea, by Air, and by Express.which methods to be used is based on the weight

and size of the package, and with consideration of customer's requirements.

by sea:20-40days; by air:5-10days ;by express:3-6days 

6. Q:Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me?
A:Yes, if you have your own forwarder in Guangzhou, you can let your forwarder ship products for you.

And then you will no need to pay the freight to us.

 

7: Q:Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A:Yes, we offer 3 years reliable warranty to our products.

 

8: Q:How to deal with the faulty?

A:Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will help to discover the real problem based on customer's pictures
and videos. New spare parts will free be provided to replace the light.
After the expiration of the guarantee, we will only charge for the replacement parts
and still give the 100% support to solve the problems.
