Produced by dehusking and slightly rolling the oat grain. No further processing and no pre-cooking, so the nutritional properties of the whole grain are retained.

Uses:

An excellent base for muesli, as an ingredient in biscuits, slices, and other baked goods, as an ingredient in egg and milk based recipes e.g. pancakes and puddings. Traditionally cooked as a breakfast porridge.
