ORBIREX is a clear, viscous, odourless, low foaming, reddish liquid which is ready to be used directly or even upon dilution with water. The standard application method follows simply the stereotyp method : spray, rinse, ready to go.

 Another favorite application method is offered with the hot water pressure machines which are equipped with automatic valve inlet, these machines allow the direct intake and gun-clean method using hot water under pressure via a specialized nozzle.

ORBIREX, although so mild it can be freely contacted, is a powerfull liquid detergent that cleans easily not only machines and its surroundings from every kind of usual debris and smud but it can be used as well as allround cleaner inside, outside and around the coach and also as floor cleaner in garages or mechanical shops. ORBIREX due to its selected incredients wets heavy soiled solid surfaces, disperses the soil’s connecting power, making attractive to water WITHOUT corrosion, foaming or rust phenomena.

USING INSTRUCTION

  

Spray use.

Using a simple spraying device introduce ORBIREX either as delivered or once diluted with water in the receptacle and than spray the content all over the machine with low pressure (1-2 bar) to avoid annoying mist.The cleaning action procedes faster if the machine’s temperature is elevated.

After a macerating period of 2-5’ you may rinse with pressurized water all over the place for getting a total clean machine room. You end by forcing dry air for removing humidity off the place. If you have hot water rinse, this accelerates both cleaning and drying procedure)..

Cleaning machine use

Again depending on soil deposit dilute or not ORBIREX with water and introduce in the cleaner’s reservoir, than regulate the dilution valve for an economical use and let the enriched hot water beam to separate the clean surface from the smud.In this case there is no need for rinsing , the treated area is almost  immediatelly ready dry.
