SINMAX Self-recuperative burner
The burner integrates high-efficiency heat exchanger to use waste heat to reduce the exhaust gas temperature in the first time
Temperature of preheated air could be 600~700 ℃(relative to furnace temperature.).
Fast flame ejection speed: 120~150 m/s.
Air staged combustion, high flue gas recirculation ratio, low NOx emission.
100% flue gas is removed from the burner and no flue duct is required for the furnace.
Room-temperature air supply and air pipes do not need thermal insulation.
