Sodium polyacrylate has been successfully used for over twenty years worldwide in aquatic feeds, sodium polyacrylate can also be used in poultry, swine and cattle feeds, either pelletized, cubed or blocked, to improve integrity and reduce dust.
How to Use:
option 1. Add the binder directly to the feed mixer prior to being granulated at consumption rate 0.25% - 0.4% of the finished pellets, and process with normal pelleting or extruding operation.
option 2. Weigh the sodium polyacrylate and the amount of water, add it to the water and mix well to make 1% sodium polyacrylate solution, then after granulation, spray the solution on pellet feed.
