Introduction of Hongfa Brand High Strength Bamboo Plywood Block Pallet:
1. The core layer of the block pallet is bamboo particles + bamboo slices, which breaks the curse of the traditional bamboo pallet and tray glue board that will open the glue and loose the edges. (Good bonding pallet performance. The "National Industry Standard" water immersion tensile bonding strength standard (that is, product bonding strength) is an average value ≥1.0 MPa, and the average value of the detected bonding strength of the new generation brick bamboo pallet is above 2.0 Mpa, which is two times higher strength than that of bamboo pallet industry standard).
2. The strength of our block machine bamboo pallet is much higher than that of other kinds of bamboo pallets, and the longitudinal and transverse static bending strength and elastic modulus of the pallet are completely designed and produced according to the requirements of the concrete block producing application industry.
3. The density is about 1.1g/cm3, and there is no gap around the pallet. It is the highest density among the bamboo plywood brick pallet in the country.
4. The water absorption expansion rate of the pallet is low. Due to the greatly increased input of raw materials and glue, the brick pallet water absorption thickness expansion rate is 6% lower than that of the "National Industry Standard".
