Product Description


PSF Production line/Polyester Staple Fiber Production Line is a eco-friendly project that belongs to environment protection industry, it has good social benefit since it takes recycled PET bottle flake as raw material which could not be consumed well by the nature.



Production Capacity
20ton/day-100ton/day on a single line
Raw Material
 PET chips, PET bottle flake, lump, pop corn material, waste textile etc.
Finished product 
1.2-30D solid fiber, 5D-15D hollow fiber
Application
yarn, thread, geotextile, filling material, thermal bonding etc. 




The PSF production line mainly has two types:
1. Polyester staple fiber (PSF) production line( could produce wool fiber, cotton fiber etc): raw material ( bottle flake, PET
chips, pop corn material etc)— melt in high temperature— spinning into fiber— drawing— crimping—heat setting— cutting— solid fiber
2. polyester staple fiber flexible production line ( could produce both solid fiber and hollow fiber) :
raw material ( bottle flake, PET chips, pop corn material etc)— melt in high temperature— spinning into fiber—
drawing—crimping—heat setting— cutting— solid fiber
raw material ( bottle flake, PET chips, pop corn material etc)— melt in high temperature— spinning into fiber— drawing—
crimping—cutting—heat setting —Hollow fiber. 
Besides, we also could design process according to customer requirement.
