#1 What is difference in baking process?
* 9-time Bamboo Salt: Baked at 800℃ for 1~8 times, and then melted during the 9th time. Uses resin when melting, and the
temperature reaches over 1,300℃.
* Purple Bamboo Salt: Unlike the above 9-time Bamboo Salt, the baking temperature for the first 1~8 times is higher than 800℃.
Therefore, some of the salt pillars start to melt during the 7th or 8th time of baking and they can show a purple color in the
middle of the salt pillars.
Because it has to be hotter than 9-time Bamboo Salt, the more native pine trees are used for more care (burning, melting, bamboo
charcoal processing, time, temperature, etc.).
For the last 9th melting process, it is baked at over 1,500℃ which is higher than the melting process for 9-time Bamboo Salt, and
also more resin and pine trees are used. Due to humidity and other conditions, it is more likely to fail than 9-time Bamboo Salt.
Therefore the yield is not very good
