1. Are you a factory or a trading company? What’s your main products?

We are a factory, located in Beijing, China, with convenient transportation. Our main products are natural bamboo, wood tableware, disposable plastic food container, plastic bakery package and food paper package, PET food jar, plastic folding box etc.

 

2. What is your MOQ? Do you accept small trial order?

The minimum order quantity is $2,000 with different items. Sample orders, trial order, and test orders are accepted.

 

3. Can we get samples? Any sample fee? How long will the sample need?

Of course, we always believe that only a specific sample will make your business perfectly be done. We’ll customize samples by charging a certain cost, and promise to refund the sample cost if the order comfirmed and total order upto a certain amount , usually a customized sample needs 7 workdays.

 

4.How about the delivery time?

Normally 15-20 days after receiving your deposit.

 

5. How about the terms of payment?

T/T: Normally 30% deposit in advance,70% balance before loading.
