E type pallet stretch wrapping machine

E type pallet stretch wrapping machine for palletis used to wrap stretch film around a loaded pallet. Film provides extra support while the products are being transported & storage to protect them from tip, spill from being damaged. Additionally, wrapping loads can easily be separated and identified. Stretch pallet wrapping machine is widely used in chemical industry electronic industry building materials home appliances papermaking foodstuff & drink etc.

1.PLC programmable control the machine running, layer number of twisting and number 0-9 layer is adjustable.

2.The top and bottom layer number of twisting can be set separately.

3.Single strengthen control button, can be at any position of local reinforcement.

4.International panel icon, operation more convenient and simple.

5.Photoelectric switch from dynamic measuring the height of the goods, the top 0-9 seconds time can be set.

6.Automatic/manual switch, reset button and ensure the equipment not misoperation, affect the equipment performance;  Protect the security of the operating personnel.

7.Mechanical and photoelectric switch function, the free convenient manipulation of the equipment, to achieve the double  insurance, guarantee the equipment under the condition of small fault, the machine does not stop working.

8.Membrane body up and down automatically, realize the roll of film only need to put the goods and start, do not need to  plug membrane, time, efficiency is higher. Can be equipped with remote control, convenient operation.

Membrane system

1.Free swing arm, responsive, automatic power pretensioning for membrane (draw ratio 250), the film easy pull; Save two-thirds of consumables.

2.Film guide roller made from seamless steel tube finishing, wear-resisting durable; frequency conversion of pretension rubber roller adopts automatic self-aligning bearing, no noise, stable and reliable running.

3.Adopt double chain structure, membrane frame rate of rise and fall, respectively is adjustable, film feeding speed is adjustable.
