A: If the customer have specific ingredients/compositions wish to use ,we can have our RD department to synthesize a sample ,and then test the stabiity of the ingredients .If it is special ingredients ,we can also help to procure it,as long as it is in compliance with China govemment's regulation.
Q: Can we consign the ingredients to Chingo?
A: As long as the consignments are in compliance with INCI (International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients),MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet), CAS NO. and COA (Certificate of Analysis),and they are legal ,safe, stable and no hazard for consumer to use ,we will accept it .
Q: Once the product is complete ,does it require certification from the government ?
