Hot Stamping Foil
Hot stamping foil, also known as Hot stamping foil paper. It is composed of a polyester film (PET) and a multilayer chemical coating applied on its surface.The structure is: a base layer, a peeling layer, a color layer, a plating layer and a glue layer.
Some of these coatings act to create a decorative effect, while some coatings are used to control the performance of the bronzing paper. Different coatings are suitable for different substrates.
The role of the aluminum layer is to produce a reflective effect, which is formed by the aluminum wire being condensed onto the bronzing paper under ultra-low vacuum conditions after being sublimed by high temperature.

Application & Application Condition
All kinds of paper and plastic. Used in the wine box, the packing box, greeting card, food packing, top &medium tobacco escutcheons, the Christmas gift and used to Credit cards, Cosmetic packaging, Bottle Caps, Tubes, Tags, Soft PVC, Table-cloth, ASB etc.
a)Appropriate stamping foil and technics ought to be chosen according to different material.
b) Much attention must be paid to the good match of temperature and gluewater.
Briefly: Special dimensions for rolls with a 3" paper core can be produced for any length and width according to special orders.
Applications: various papers, printing matter, pencil, silk, common plastics, others.Recommended stamping temperature: ≥115 ℃.
Storage: Protect from pressure, dampness, heat, and sunshine.Place in ventilated, shaded and cool places.
Suitable application conditions: Appropriate stamping foils need to be chosen according to different uses.Attention must be paid to temperature pressure and speed in the course of stamping.Suitable process conditions should be chosen according to different backing.
