This series is a blended modified material with SBS or SEBS as the base material, which is specially designed for products based on injection molding processing. Separate colors, transparent, black. Wide range of hardness. Has good fluidity and is easy to process. Good flexibility, good weather resistance, a wide range of price options, and outstanding environmental characteristics.
Application:
1. It can be recycled to save energy effectively and is an ideal material to replace rubber and silicone.
2. The properties are relatively stable, with good temperature resistance (use temperature range -50-80℃), aging resistance, and excellent processing performance.
3. Environmental protection, excellent coloring, soft touch. TPE materials do not introduce heavy metals and toxic phthalate plasticizers in the production process, and comply with ROHS, REACH, EN71, PAHS and other environmental protection tests. It is an ideal material to replace PVC.
4. Energy saving. The thermoplastic elastomer does not require vulcanization, the production efficiency is greatly improved, and the molding cycle is short.
5. It has the characteristics of high elasticity of rubber and direct injection processing.
