Product Description
Cyclohexylamine
Colorless liquid. It smells of fishy amine. The relative density is 0.8647 (25/25℃). The boiling point is 134.5°C. Freezing point -17.7°C. The refractive index is 1.4565 (25°C). It is miscible with water and general organic solvents. It can volatilize with water vapor and form an azeotropic mixture with water. Flammable and toxic. Used in the synthesis of desulfurizers, corrosion inhibitors, vulcanization accelerators, emulsifiers, antistatic agents, latex coagulants, petroleum product additives, corrosion inhibitors, fungicides, insecticides, etc. It can be obtained by the aminolysis of cyclohexanol or by hydrogenation of aniline at high temperature and high pressure.

Application
1. Cyclohexylamine is used to prepare cyclohexanol, caprolactam, nylon 6 and so on. Cyclohexylamine itself is a solvent and can be used in resins, coatings, fats, and paraffin oils.
2. It can also be used to make desulfurizers, chemical additives for plastics and textiles, boiler water treatment agents, metal corrosion inhibitors, emulsifiers, antistatic agents, latex coagulants, petroleum additives, pesticides and dye intermediates.
3. Cyclohexylamine sulfonate, as artificial sweetener, used in food and beverage.
4. Also used as an acid gas absorbent. Used as boiler feed water pH regulator.
5. It is an intermediate for the synthesis of desulfurizers, dyes, corrosion inhibitors and pesticides.

Packing & Delivery
Cyclohexylamine is packed by sealed steel drum. Drum thickness is 1.2×1.2×1.2mm, volume is 210L or 240L, net weight is 170kg to 200k/drum, or it is packed at customer's request. We have ISOtank or IBC quantitative packging.
Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat sources. The storage temperature should not exceed 30℃. Keep the container tightly closed. It should be stored separately from acids and edible chemicals, and avoid mixed storage. Use explosion-proof lighting and ventilation facilities. It is forbidden to use mechanical equipment and tools that easily generate sparks. The storage area should be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment and suitable storage materials.
