Q3. How about your delivery time?
A1:For the normal product sample, the delivery date is 3~5 working days after full payment.
A2: For bulk orders, it will take 20 to 30 working days after deposit for production.
Q4. What is your sample policy?
A1: Sometimes, some promotion models sample are available free pay, Please contact with our Sales directly.
A2: Generally, we have sample service for all of our new customers under customer pay sample cost and courier cost.
A3: For the custom product, customers have to pay the sample cost and development cost in advance.We will send free sample for mass production confirmation within 15~20 working days after deposit payment.
