Electro control box

 

Specially designed by ourselves to suite the high speed welding machine. It can make sure the whole machine keep running 2000-3000 hours no problem

Wire tensioner

The frame wire is made of dia 18mm wire, and It can hold 500kg

Wire straighten parts
It is used to make the line wire straighten

It is made of high qualtiy straiten unit, it can give you at least 2 years warranty.

Using this parts can make the welded mesh much more flatten

Welding machine

It is made of red copper National Standard T2 material, as a result, the machine can better  conductivity, less spark splatter and weld perfact

Cross wire feeder copper
This part is used to hold and put the cross wire into the weld machine autmatically

The machine welding speed mainly decided by the feeder copper, our feeder copper is designed by ourselves and got patent protection, the speed can be 120 times/min.(common speed is around 60-80 times/min)

Mesh pulling after welding
This part is used to drag the mesh back

Out mesh pulling device can auto lift, when it toward forward, the device will down a little automatically to keep the machine no failure happened in its wholelife.

Cutting machine
This part is used to cut the mesh

Top and bottom frame made by thicker panel to give the machine high stability;
Attached with Lubricating oil track to make sure the cutting much more smooth.
