Product Description
Polymer hot stamping plate making procedure:
- Design stamping artwork on PC
- Print artwork on transparent film according to 1:1 ratio
- Cut down suitable size hot stamping plate, stick the film & polymer hot stamping plate tightly
- Put it into exposure machine, expose 40 seconds
- Take out hot stamping plate, put it into 40~50C warm water, scrub the surface of hot stamping plate by using a soft plastic brush, washing plate will be finished when artwork become clear
- Put the plate into exposure machine again, in order to cure the resin, plate-making finished after setting 120 seconds exposing time
Advantages:
- Lowest cost, fast making procedure
- Equipment required: 1 exposure machine + 1 foil cutter
- Easy to operate
Tips:
- It’s difficult to make hot stamping plate under these requirements: less than 3mm letters, or less than 3mm lines
- Finished hot stamping plate can re-use 1500~2000 times, if use them rightly
- Hot stamping plates should be stored in dry & dark place
