Trommel Washer applies to separate ore in black and nonferrous metal mining. Its working process is generally as follows: raw material storage, transportation, cleaning, finished material transportation, sewage sedimentation and reuse.

Raw materials are generally stored in hoppers. The hopper capacity depends on the loading height, transportation height and the flow angle of raw materials. The larger the hopper capacity, the better.

The conveying of raw materials usually adopts belt conveying, and the throttling device is better set up at the bucket mouth according to the sludge content of raw materials to control the cleaning amount.

Because the amount of mud and dust adhering to the raw stones provided by quarries is not large and the adhesion is small, the cleaning process does not need to be too long. The key is that when the stones are cleaned and discharged, the visceral water in the trough should not be attached, and the secondary pollution of the stones is formed.

The finished stone is usually conveyed to the finished product storage area or hopper for use by belt conveyor, so it is better to cover the storage area or wash it out.

No matter which type of stone washer will produce a large amount of sewage and the water consumption is almost the same. Considering the environmental requirements, the sewage sedimentation and reuse tank is generally set up. The volume and sedimentation level of the pond are determined according to the output, and the mechanical or manual cleaning of sludge is also considered.
