Product Description
Kanglibang Brand silicone Auxiliary products,soft touch coating for silicone rubber phone case
Two part silicone resin.
Part A: Silicone resin
Part B: Platinum catalyst.
The Silicone soft touch coating mainly used outside coating on the cured silicone rubber surfaces, cured at high temperature
(180~220℃).Characterized by smooth feeling, friction resisting, dust proof, well covering strength and adhesion strength.
Application Ratio
Silicone resin: 100g
Mixer(catalyst): 3~5g
Thinner: 300~500g(petroleum ether, toluene...)
Processing
1. Put the final mixed silicone resin and platinum catalyst at ratio (100/2-3) into a
cleaning barrel to mix again.
2. Diluting with thinner (petroleum ether, toluene, whitegas or dimethyl- benzene) for three to
five times and mixing 5-10min deeply.
3. Please filtrating with 300 mesh filter screen for twice before spraying.
4. Max 12 hours working time for mixed ink.
5. Please keep working temperature at 22℃ and keep constant humidity in working process.
Baking method
A.Oven:Baking at 180℃ for 20 minutes.
B.IR strip: Baking at constant temperature 200℃ for 7 minutes
