The feeder system has alarming system, so if the wire blocked, it will alarm

The cutting and twister head is made of Manganese steel, it can use at least 2 years.

 

 

We use gear box rather than reducer to extend the machine life.

Usually we using Chinese famous brand Housine serve motor, but yours we will using world famous brand Siemens motor

Usually we using Japanise Mitsubishi PLC, but yours we will using Siemens brand as you required

For the electrical compenents, we using France Schneider Brand

 

 

How to run the machine: We have both video tutorial and word version to show you how to install and run the machine easily. (In fact, before loading the machine we already run the machine in our factory, so after you received the machine, just need to get electricity, design your width and mesh size, then it will run)

Power consumptions: this machine Instantaneous power is not high, around 7-degree electricity per hour. 

Using instructions: Give all motors some lubricating oil around one week one time. (The oil container already put in the tool box.)

Machine size: It need to take around 18 feet length and 18 feet 

Machine inspection before loading and test report terms and condition:
Every machine produced by our company has its own name number, we will run the machine before loading, and the QC will issue report according to machine running performance. If no problem, machine will be loading on time. (If you need the third party to check the machine, we also welcome and we will cooperate with the third party)
The report will be kept by 2 copies, one copy for our company save, the other copy provided to the after-sale services together with customer information.

Service: One-year warranty and whole life services. (Expect the spare parts and man-made Brocken)

If machine has problem, how we solve:
Our machine has alarming system, so if machine broken, first the alarm light will be shining to inform you that here is broken. Then you can check and find the problem easily.
If you did not find the problem, then you can get the machine wire to the WIFI port, then the touch screen will show you where broken.
Usually above 1 or 2 steps already help you solved your problem. Incase not solved, no worry, we have separate independent after-sale services, 7*8 hours you can connected to our engineer (rather than sales) successfully.
