Martin:If you only need 1-2pcs sample,the sample is free,but could you pay 30USD as sample freight?If you need many samples,could pay sample fee+shipping cost? 

Q4.Is the sample fee refunded when the order is placed?

Martin:If your order quantity reach 10000pcs,the sample fee will be refunded to you .

Q5.What is the sample time?

Martin:It is 2-5days according to the different samples.

Q6.If i don't like the sample when i receive it, can you modify it for me?

Martin:Yes,until you say"OK,it is perfect".

Q7.How do you control the quality?

Martin:We check the finished diaper and other items one by one ,make sure the quality is good,and we can open our surveillance video for you reference.Our factory has 9year experience in baby cloth diaper manufacturing,all of our workers have 5years experience in baby cloth diaper.

Q8.How can I do if t receive the bad quality goods?

Martin:Tell us the quantity of bad goods,and send us the photos,we will refund these costs or remake the goods for you .
