The Inzolia vineyard has a very important presence in the Italian winemaking framework, in Sicily, where since the Roman era it was called Irsolia. The fermentation is only carried out in temperature-controlled steel containers, this Terre Siciliane PGI is a young wine with characteristics worthy of a great wine.
TASTE
Inzolia is a low acidity wine with a high sugar content. Its color is straw yellow with greenish shades. The sense of smell reveals a very delicate wine with flavors of iris, yellow and white peach, apricot, pear and citrus. On the palate it is well thought out, soft, enveloping with fruity, fresh, fragrant flavor and with particular vanilla notes.

The ancient “Bagli” dated back to 1800, already cellars at that time, restructured and brought back to the ancient splendor and introducing inside them the most modern and sophisticated cellar technologies, are today our “Cantine Burgò”.
Around the renowned archaeological site of Segesta, take place the land properties cultivated aiming both on the native vines, such as “Nero d’Avola”, and on the experimentation of different international varieties. From these unspoilt landscapes are born the wines of the Cantine Burgò, distinguished by strong Mediterranean roots and by the continuous research for an ever higher quality.
