General description
The jet suction dredger of steel construction, the non self-propelled, dismountable type is able to berth and dredge at any waters both in the coastal area and inland rivers, with similar conditions to that in navigation area "A" or below the "A"-line specified in code for "inland river steel engineering ship manufacture of P.R.China".
The dredger can be used to excavate and transport cohesive sediment below the class III specified in code for "dredging engineering construction technical specification" issued by Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P.R.China.
The dredger consists of a main pontoon and two side pontoons. The construction makes disassemble quickly and easier to transport by road, rail or sea, also more convenient to replace at site. Engine and dredging pump are on the main pontoon. Side pontoons could be used as oil storage tank, ballast tank and dry cabin.
The spacious control cabin is ergonomically designed with 360 degree view. All the operation buttons, switches, indicators, gauges are equipped on the control desk. Only two operators can control the dredger in the operation room.
Four layers anticorrosive marine paint provide the zinc anode protection to improve effect of corrosion.
1) Standard design, allowing early delivery and low price.
2) Completely assembled and fully tested before delivery.
3) Simple, rapid assembly and dismantling.
4) Ready for operation on arrival at site.
5) Spare parts available from stock.
6) Transportable by road, rail or sea.
7) Reliable hydraulic system.
8) Efficient fuel consumption.
1.When we purchase a dredge , will we receive operator training from you?
We provides training on each dredge when it is delivered and commissioned. Additionally, customers will receive classroom
training, as well as dredge simulator training.
2.What depth can your dredges reach?
Our standard cutter suction dredge's digging depths range from our smallest at 20′ (6 m) up to 58′ (18 m). For special
applications, digging depths can be increased substantially.
3.Would a dredge with a larger engine consume more fuel?
Not necessarily. Fuel consumption depends primarily on the parameters of the dredging operation, such as the material density,
pumping distance, and terminal elevation.
