2) Send us your artwork, we will make a virtual proof for your confirmation.

A: We will reply you within 12 hours after get your inquiry.
Q:What kind of files do you accept for printing?
A: We appreciate it if you could provide us with Artwork in AI, EPS or PDF format which won't be blurry when we enlarge, reduce or revolve, so we can be able to make the imprint correctly for the production. In vector files with fonts please convert the text to curve.
Q: What is the setup fee?
A: Some of the items we offer have “setup” charges (screen charges, die charges, etc). These are charges to create the screen, die or other necessary items to imprint your specific logo.
Q: How about your payment?
A: Our payment is in many ways, like T/T, Western union, secure payment and trade assurance.
Q: SAMPLE POLICY
A: We have free samples available for several products, we would be happy to send you a product sample, but you need to pay for shipping cost, if you need sample with your logo, fee range is $50-$100.
Q: How do you deliver the goods?
A: Usually via express, large quantity via sea/ air.
