Q1: What is the difference between your pigment and other suppliers?
A:Our pigment raw materials are from the United States. We do color matching and bottling in clean room in China. We know the EU rules (Resolution ResAP(2008)1

on requirements and criteria for the safety of tattoos and permanent make-up ) very well,we can do test report according to the ResAP(2008)1

Q2: How many colors do you have?
A: We have almost 40colors and we just show some color samples here. We can do more colors as your need.

Q3: Can you make samples for me?
A: Yes,we can make samples according to the your color card, but if you can provide color samples, it will be more helpful.

Q4: How long and how many for samples making?
A: We can make out samples in 15 days and we can provide 3 or 5 bottle of each color for your test. Each sample bottle is 10ml.

Q5: What is the minimum order quantity for each color  ?
A: The MOQ of each color is 5kg(11pound).

Q6: Why do you only ship by FedEx?
A: Because pigment belongs to liquid, many Chinese logistics do not accept liquid. We have established a good cooperation relationship with FedEx for a long time. They can help us deliver the pigment to our customers at the best price and speed.
