A: Made of international standard H59 brass, contains<0.25% total lead content by weighted average which is under European standards and better protect your health
2. Can your factory print our brand on the product?
A: Our factory can laser print customer's logo on the product with customer design.
Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer's logo on the products.
3. Does your factory have the design and development capabilities, we need the customized products?
A: The staffs in our R&D department are well experienced in the faucet industry, with more than 5 to 10 years’ experience.
Every year, we will launch 2 to 3 new series to keep out customers in a competitive stage.
We can make customized products especially for you; please kindly contact us for more details.
4. Is your factory able to design our own package and help us in market planning?
A: We willing to help our customers to design their package box with their own logo.
We have a design team and a marketing plan design Team to service our customers for this.
5. Can your factory produce the low-lead faucet?
A: We also can produce the low-lead faucet according to your requirement of lead content.
6. What is main material of faucet body you produce? And what about finish standard?
A: Our main body is made by Cooper-59%, Ni>6-8um, Gr>0.15-0.25um, if you have special requirement
7. What is your Minimum order amount and payment way? Do you provide samples?
A：Our MOQ is 100PCS/item, samples are available, and if we have stocks then small quantity is available.
8. What is the standard production time for each order?
A：We can finish order 10-35days it depends on your quantity.
9. Can I visit factory? Can your factory arrange transportation for me?
