Q1. How can we place an order from you?
A1. You can directly order online. But before placing the order,please contact our sales person to learn more details about package and shipment. You can also contact our sales person to send a message offline.
Q2. What is your payment terms?
A2. We can accept T/T,L/C,West Union,Money gram etc.
For small order please arrange full payment in advance, we will send out goods after finished.
For big order, we prefer 30% deposit, balance paid before shipment but after we send you photos of goods inspection. If you have any question about it, we can negotiate together.
Q3. What is your MOQ?
A3.Our MOQ is 1pc for our standard products. Customers should consider the shipping method. Because our products are normally 4.5-11kgs/pc based on different sizes of wardrobe. The express cost is expensive. So it is not the best choice to buy only 1 or 2pcs once a time.
Q4.Can you make our own design?
A4.We are direct factory to produce these products. We have our own machines and workers. so OEM and ODM order is available.
