Common Graphics Problems

Missing, corrupt, or unusable fonts

        make sure all required fonts are sent with files in a separate folder, compressed to avoid corruption

        all text can be converted to outlines or paths, BUT that limits what we can do on this end to fix typos

            and may result in additional charges if resubmission of a layout to fix mistakes is required

Low resolution images

        recommended resolution for images is 300dpi

        a source image at 300dpi, then scaled in the layout application will LOSE resolution!

        the SOURCE must be good quality - there is no way to fix low resolution

Missing images

        images should be LINKED to the layout file; this means that you must supply images in

       a separate folder

Wrong color mode for printing

        print files should be CMYK unless quoted for adding a spot color

        label files should use Pantones unless quoted for CMYK (including all linked images)

        NO RGB - anywhere!!! (unless you want us to convert to CMYK)

Templates not used, or wrong template used

        especially for the CD label files - the wrong template or no template won't work! 

Order process.

1. Material/Documents need from you

-CD/DVD Master

Burn the finished artwork on a CDR and mail it to us together with the content master CDR/DVDR by physical to us

If you choose to send us the content electronically, try to create your disc image in ISO, NERO, DDP, or other compatible formats.

Please do a perfect package to avoid the damage and ensure the master you send us are perfect without quality problem.

-Printing Artwork

The files should be PDF or PSD or AI Graphics files, they come from the Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw, need 300dpi soluation and CMYK mode. If you use non-standard fonts please either send us the font files, outline the fonts (Illustrator), or rasterize the fonts (Photoshop).

-Copyright Certification and Authorization

We will submit your completed Authorization Letter, they are the template and need you fill in them based on your exact details . Be sure to include all documents from any third party for your disc.

2. Samples before mass produce

The sample making time need about 3~5days. And sample cost common is USD60/CDs and USD90/DVDs for per title (gloden master can be return)+USD50(courier cost, can't be return).

3. Delivery Time

After the sample be confirmed and your deposit, then we will go on the mass produce.

Our common delivery time is about 7-10 days for mass produce and bulk package.

4. Arrange the shipment

Based on clients' indication, we will book and operate the shipment with the forwarder agent. And before the goods be sent out, we will need your balance payment coming.
