Q2: Can you provide samples?
A:1)Yes,we can offer the samples for you to check the quality and test the market. The sample is free, and you just need to bear the freight cost.this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
2)Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.
Q3: What is your payment term?
A: Our payment term is 30% deposit pay in advance,balance cleared before shipment. for small amount less than 1000 USD, please pay 100% deposit in advance to reduce the bank charge.
Q4: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: All products have to pass strict inspection before they was sent out. We believe that the quality is the soul of an enterprise. Therefore,we always put quality as the first consideration.
Q5: Can you customize furniture hardware according to my design and make my own brand logo?
A: Yes,we can. But the quantity should reach our MOQ,such as 3000pcs.
Q6: Do you have any certificates of your products?
A: All of our items will be strictly according to the regulation. If you need approval, the testing fee should be paid for your side.
