Q1. Can you do customized designs and package ?
Yes, OEM service is available.
Q2. What is your OEM service procedures?
Confirm the artwork from customer, to modify and then making the samples.
Making counter sample within 3 -4 work days. (sample fee required firstly ,will be return back after placing bulk order).
After the quality, the price, and packing details are confirmed, start bulk production.
Confirm the shipment detail of products and the cargo after inspection can be shipped.
Q3. What is your MOQ and price.
MOQ: For new production : MOQ is 1000-2000 pairs per color per size per design.
Stock Service:If you buy stocks, you can any the quantity as you need.
FOB price: based on designs, material, size , the quantity, packing request etc.
Q4. How about your sample cost and sample lead-time.
Sample Cost:
If we have the socks in stock, one similar sample can be sent to you with freight collect.
If base on custom own design or we don’t have any similar stock, it takes $ 50USD /style/color/size with freight collect
according to your requirements. But it will be refundable after bulk order taken.
Sample lead time:
Use the available yarn in market, Sample time is about 2-3 days after design confirmed.
Use the dyed yarn , Sample time is about 10-15 days after design confirmed.
Q5. How about your bulk lead-time.
Usually within 5-6 weeks depend on the quantity and yarn available situation.
