Product Description
Encapsulated Calcium Sulphate Core Panel - Galvanized Sheet Panel
Steel encapsulated panels are available with a choice of high-density chipboard or a calcium sulphate core.
The steel box construction encapsulates a high-density chipboard or calcium sulphate core in a steel casing. The high bearing capacity and minimum thickness make the SB Series ideal for renovation projects.
The casing is made out of 0.5mm steel on the top surface and 0.5mm steel for the underside. The SB Series panels can be topped with loose lay systems such as carpet tiles or Attiro magnetic real wood flooring.
The standard dimensions are 600 x 600 x 28mm. The panels are available in various densities and a variety of steel densities which be specified for the requested point load.

Supports System
If installation height is less than 200mm, you can install without beams. If installation height is more than 200mm, you'd better install with beams to reinforce the connection. The load of the pedestal is more than 3000kg. The beam is made of steel and zinc.
